Bakerview Meadows Park Walking Tour
Greetings Neighbors!
Curious about Bellingham’s newest neighborhood park? This one is for us King Mountain Neighbors.
Join us at 3:00 p.m., Monday, August 31 for an informal walking tour of the Bakerview Meadows Park. Nicole Oliver, Director, and Peter Gill, Planning and Development Coordinator for Parks and Recreation, will be our guides through the park site. They will discuss up-to-date details of the park’s masterplan, including where amenities such as playgrounds, parking, picnic areas, and walking trails are planned as well as the implementation timeline for the park plan.
How to join the tour:
We’ll meet in the parking lot west of the My Garden Nursery, south of East Bakerview Road.
Sturdy, waterproof footwear is advised as there are no developed paths and the ground is wet in spots.
