About the event
Please join us in the Bellingham Covenant Church Sanctuary for a night of sharing and learning to engage in a better future for all.
County Council members Elizabeth Boyle, Jon Scanlon and Barry Buchanan will be sharing some County Council 101 basics and engaging with our questions, concerns and hopes for our home county. The council members will share insights from their work on the county budget; the Whatcom County Justice Project which includes mental health work; and, the state of homelessness and housing in Whatcom County. This meeting will be moderated to ensure time is shared between our neighbors. Questions sent via email to info@kmna.org will be given priority in the meeting. Questions need to be in by October 6th.
